The PALW Child Care Center provides a safe, clean, nurturing, and creative environment that will ensure your child’s safety and encourage them to grow and develop. Our team has designed an atmosphere that encourages learning. The ultimate goal is for the children to explore their surroundings, grow emotionally, physically, mentally, and to exercise life, social, and learning skills.
Our School Age program offers innovative academic programming inspiring children to be self-motivated learners and provide an educational foundation. Our staff members and teachers use creative, interactive play, and learn-by-doing techniques to support your child’s learning style.
PALW Child Care Center
PALW Child Care provides daily child care and learning experiences for children six weeks through five years old. In addition, the center provides occasional drop-in care on an as-needed basis. PALW Child Care offers an exceptional program for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Our curriculum offers a comprehensive education that develops the whole child: mind, body, social self, and character in a safe, clean and nurturing environment.
We are also proud to announce that we now participate in the University of Delaware’s “Delaware Stars for Early Success” program. The vision for Delaware Stars for Early Success is that all of Delaware’s children and families will have access to quality early care and education from birth through school-age.
Before and After Care
Before and After Care program is currently on a hiatus for the summer, but we are accepting applications for our fall program. Please note this program is highly favored by our parents and enrollment fills up quickly, as slots are limited. PAL of Wilmington has an outstanding Before and After Care program. This program provides supervised care with certified staff; they also provide transportation for several school districts, homework assistance as well as one-on-one tutoring, and a daily snack.
The PALW Summer Enrichment Day Camp offers a variety of activities to enhance and reinforce education, improve athleticism, and promote positive attitudes in a healthy environment. Our Camp provides each child with the opportunity to participate in team building activities which promotes social skills and develop attitudes and practice that are crucial for positive leadership in their communities.
