Supporting Your Child at Every Stage

The Education programs at the Police Athletic League of Wilmington support children and youth at every stage of learning, from early childhood through young adulthood. Through high-quality childcare, academic support, tutoring, and career exploration, PALW provides a safe, engaging environment where learners can grow academically, socially, and personally.

From early learning through school-age support and future-focused programming, PALW’s Education programs help children build confidence, develop essential skills, and prepare for success in school and beyond.

PALW Early Learning Center

The Early Learning Center provides a safe, nurturing environment where children grow socially, emotionally, physically, and academically. Serving infants through pre-kindergarten, the ELC combines high-quality childcare with intentional early learning experiences that build confidence and foundational skills for future success.

PALW participates in the Delaware Stars for Early Success program through the University of Delaware, supporting high standards in early care and education.

We proudly serve children of all abilities. Children with autism and other developmental disabilities participate in our Early Learning Center and Out of School Time programs, and we work closely with families to provide an inclusive and supportive environment.
