Why PALW exists.
Families need places they can trust. Young people need opportunities, encouragement, and positive connections. Communities grow stronger when children are supported, and families are not left to navigate challenges alone.
We serve youth and families through programs that promote education, confidence, healthy choices, leadership, and long-term opportunity.
What began as a youth-focused organization has grown into a trusted community resource that supports residents of all ages.
Programs that strengthen youth, families, and community.
PALW provides meaningful programs designed to meet real community needs. Our Pillars of Success guide how we serve, support, and invest in families across Wilmington and New Castle County.
